how to workout: Full body workout

I have been working out a lot this year and this also means finding out how to workout. I don't like going to the gym. There are so many people and it gives me anxiety. I prefer at home workouts and running outside. I had to find what would work for me at home in terms of understanding the workouts and how to do them. Pictures on google are not very effective for me, I don't understand them or I don't do them the right way. I end up totally confused and not wanting to workout. So I went for youtube. I found a lot of really good channels which I shared in my previous blog posts. Now lets talk about the workouts that I do. Today I will talk about the full body workouts that I love and which I did see some results. I do different ones so that I'm not bored with the workouts or I mix the workouts. Also I do the no equipment ones.
