Happy Monday. Let's start this week with a workout program. This is an at home workout program, no gym needed. You will just need some weights and a resistance band or you could do like me and do it with body weight. I have tested this program before talking about it and tell you what you can expect from these exercises. I forgot to tell you that it is a 4 workout program

What is this program? This program focuses on upper body, core, lower body and obliques. Does it work? Since I have been doing it I have seen some results, not major because I have been doing it for 2 weeks. Some of the exercises are killers. You will feel drained and sweaty but really good. The exercises can vary between 30 to 40 minutes. I do them 5 times a week. This program's purpose is for you to lose weight on you on your belly, get toned , get abs, lose weight on your hips ,waist and your legs. While doing these exercises your legs also gets its workout.
