I have a lot of troubles finding the motivation to study and to revise mostly. I have an exam in the upcoming month and I had to go and find ways to boost myself to revise.
Here are my 5 tips that I have been following this past month
1.Find the time that you can really focus when distraction is at its minimum

For some people it can be morning and others late at night. For me personally either really early in the morning like at 4:30 or late at night like at 10:30 is the time that I can really focus and revise. Really early in the morning my mind is relaxed. I've had no distraction and it is the perfect time for me to revise.
2. Remove distractions
Phones are such great distractions and putting them away and also laptops and computers are what I would usually go for to procrastinate. I would watch a movie and play games on facebook. Not having them around me has been a benefit.

3.Make a schedule to study
Having it written in your day-to-day planner and bullet journal will make it stick in your mind that you have to study. I have in both my daily planner and my bullet journal. I also have a revision tracker that I update everyday. It makes it more easy to see when I have actually studied.

4. Start early
When you have an exam do not wait for the last minute to revise. Break it into smaller chapters. Starting early will make you less stress and have more control over what you have to study and plan the days that you can study

5.Just start
This has been a thing that I have been doing whether it is revision, workout or house chores. Just start. Don't overthink things. Sometimes you overthink things too much and end up not doing anything. When you have something to do, just do it .
