Fitness girls or trainers these women show off their workouts on instagram and pictures for people to see and get inspired. Watching them really motivates and you can follow along. Just seeing them on my feed makes me want to exercise and also eat healthy. It is not only about the workout.

i can't stop fangirling over her. I watch her all the time. Whether it is on her instagram or her youtube channel. She is always insta storying her food and workout.
