Everybody loves a good fitness youtube channel.Whether it is workout videos , recipes or good motivation talk. I have 5 channels to tell you guys that have really helped me and kept me motivated in my fitness journey
1.Sarah Day

The moment I started watching her channel I was hooked. I binged watched all her videos. She does have some workout in her channel but I watch her for her vlogs. Sezzy is my favorite youtuber. She motivates me to workout and to eat healthy. Lets not forget that it is 70% what you are eating and 30% workout. She has the best recipes. If you are searching for recipe, fitness and a lot of fun in a vlog, you should definitely check her out.

2. Gabriella Whited

When I started working out at the start of the year I did her abs workout and after 1 month I started seeing results. I definitely lost weight and I was just doing 2 of her workouts twice a day five times a week. Her abs workouts are killers.

3.Pamela Rf

I was getting a bit bored doing the same workout and I found Pamela's channel, I love doing her at home no equipment workout. I'm not saying that I have achieved my goal of losing all my excess weight and have a flat tummy, but it is in progress. I do her workout twice and I also do some of Gabriella Whited's workout and I'm gone. I die after that.

4. Brittany Dawn Fitness

I watch her mostly for her advices. She has hacks,habits and reasons why you are not losing weight which are pretty interesting to watch and understand.

5.stephi nguyen

She also do at home no equipment workout. If you can't afford a gym or don't want to go to a gym you can just do her workout along with other workouts. I usually take some of her workout and mix with others. I don't do all of her workout.
