Tips that motivates me to workout

1. Set a target
Have a goal in your head whether it is to lose weight or to gain. When having a target you know that you have to work to achieve that target. Things are not going to happen by not working out.
2. Drink water daily
For me personally when I drink water I feel lighter and more likely to workout that day. I don't know why drinking water makes me feel healthy.
3. Eat the right amount of food.
Don't overeat.Sometime we just feel like eating and eating. I was that person guys. I would suggest to drink water before your meal and to eat slower.
4.Have a specific cheat day
I have a specific day that I would go out and eat or eat takeouts. I am someone that loves chocolate and I was eating chocolate at least 4 to 5 times a week. I could not control myself. Now have a specific day to eat chocolate has been helpful in a way.
5. Have a daily or bullet journal
Since having a bullet and a daily planner I have been more in control of what I was spending my day doing and managing my time. Now I have a specific time that I workout and go for a run. I also have a daily tracker for workout, chocolate intake, and softdrinks.
6. Watch fitness youtube videos and listen to motivation podcast
Unmotivated is a feeling that everybody has. When starting to exercise you want the immediate results and results doesn't come overnight. It requires commitment and dedication. What I usually do is watch workout videos. I really like Gabriella Whited and Pamela Rf. They really motivate me to workout. There are so much more but they are my go to workout channel right now. And also listen to a podcast when going for a running. I usually listen to The skinny confidential. They are full of advice and are my absolute favorite.

7. Eat breakfast
One of the most important thing in a healthy lifestyle is eating a healthy breakfast. It all started in the morning at breakfast. Be sure to eat and not starve yourself.
8. Change your workout routine.
Don't do the same workout. What I usually do is find different youtube channel and spice up a bit my workouts. If I have the same routine I won't feel motivated to workout I feel bored. That's what I happened to me in the previous years. Now each time I feel like I don't want to exercise I search for a new video. When I feel unmotivated , I usually go for a run or a hike.
9.Have cute workout outfits
Wearing a pair of leggings and a bralette motivates me to workout. Having cute ones makes my day. I feel happier wearing nice workout outfits.
10.Workout for yourself.
This is a big game changer. Why do you exercise. Is it because you want to or it is because of pressure. Before I was exercising because everybody was telling me to lose weight, because I felt like everyone was skinnier than me. I was not happy when I was forcing myself to workout. Now I exercise because I want to. I feel so much happy and light. My advice is to exercise for yourself not for your family and friends.
